What domestic shipping services do you offer?

All domestic orders over IDR 500,000 will receive FREE priority mail shipping.

You will be able to track this shipment via local shipping link provided.

Domestic orders are couriered with JNE or POS - usually 2-5 days delivery.  If you prefer to arrange pick up with GOJEK or GRAB services in Bali please contact the store directly on WhatsApp - you can also select store pick up for this option on checkout.

How long will it take to get to me?

All orders ship directly and personally from our store in Bali, Indonesia. Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. We process order during our store opening times -currently 9am-6pm

Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Note: Orders placed during Indonesian Holidays & special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

Domestic Orders: You will be notified your local courier if they miss you at your delivery location provided -please always add your +62 mobile number.

Does Yinside Yoga process International orders?

International shipping is currently available worldwide from YinSide Yoga Bali PTPMA

Yinside Yoga currently ships all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
