Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us - your purchase directly supports our local Bali community of manufacturers, suppliers and staff.

Your happiness is our biggest priority -please kindly check our terms before proceeding with your order.  We've uploaded and will continue to amend our FAQ's to help as much as we can. We are always happy to clarify by email or our social media contacts if you need support.

Order Process:

Please note we're a very small company - we receive each order personally and send directly from the store in Bali.

Every item receives several inspections before it reaches our store.  Your order items are then carefully inspected as we package your items; ensuring the highest standards in quality.

We process orders as soon as they come in 10:00am - 6:00pm *please note the time difference to Bali, Indonesia when ordering.

We have a daily pick up service so your order will be dispatched within 24hrs *note Indonesian Holidays there is no shipping

International Orders:

All International purchases are final. We regret that currently no returns or exchanges will be offered due to the high costs of shipping and import duties and taxes back to Indonesia.

To ensure the best online shopping experience each garment has been carefully measured and sizing charts have been created for each piece so please take the time to look at these and consider your purchase carefully to ensure complete satisfaction.  We also have a fit guide on our Instagram page -where you can see the sizing and fit of each garment.

If you've made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your order before it's dispatched.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty garment please email Info@yinsideyogabali.com within 7 days of receipt to notify us of the situation.

Damages and Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Domestic Shipping Orders (Indonesia)

We do not currently offer refunds on any purchase.

For exchanges we can approve on a case by case basis, provided items are returned within 7 days and are in perfect condition with tags and packaging intact.  Please contact us directly to approve and arrange any exchanges.

In Store Purchases

We will happily exchange your purchase in store within 7 days of purchase,  provided item(s) are returned within 7 days and are in perfect condition with tags and packaging intact

If the item has been received as a gift, exchanges can be made at current store value -within 30 days of purchase

Sale Items/Sample Products/Jewellery/Crystal Products are not returnable

We only process refunds on faulty goods, based on individual case.

EU right of withdrawal and EU Directive 2023/2673: 

Right of Withdrawal and Return Costs
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by using the "Withdraw from Contract Form" 
Effects of Withdrawal and Return Costs:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). However, please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Furthermore, as an international merchant, you (the customer) are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import feesrequired to return the items to our headquarters in Indonesia. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
