All of our products are made in Bali by various small manufacturers we're SO happy to support and encourage.

*Transparency – our cork products and some fabrics are sourced in Java, Indonesia.

We love getting to know our suppliers manufacturers, we'll be sharing their stories on our blog!

All of our fabrics are plant based and Earth Friendly - we've researched a LOT into how and where our fabrics are made.

Our foundation is built on maintaining the highest standard of sustainability.

Fabrics we use:

Modal -beechwood trees

Tencel -eucalyptus trees

Ramie -grass fibre

Our products are manufactured with sustainability as the primary focus; from fabric sourcing to dying to packaging.

We promise to never use plastic in any of our processes -even at the store

Orders

YES, absolutely -if youre looking for a size or colour we dont stock we can happily discuss your requirements. -we're a small operation and always happy to help!

Yes, absolutely. We have a range of options we can discuss with you for your store or studio.

Rates and packages are available on request by email or conntact form.

Generally your order will be processed on the day of receiving

We coordinate and handpackage orders directly from our store | 9am - 6pm | Tuesday to Sunday *Bali Timezone

We have a daily pickup with DHL so most order will leave the store within 24hrs

Returns/Shipping

We are happy to offer refunds on any FAULTY goods received

-your happiness is our priority! if you receive an item you belive to be faulty please contact us directly within 7 days of receiving.

Our products go through several rounds of quality control before they arrive at the store - then each order is invidually processed, checked again and packaged by hand- just for you!

Regrettfully refunds are not supported for incorrectly placed orders -please check your order confirmation carefully and reach out straight away if there is anything to change.

Absolutely! Our International packages are managed by DHL

For International orders we are not able to support returns or exchanges. Items returned would be at the cost of the sender and Indonesia customs taxes applied.

We're working on a solution as we expand to extend our distribution ability, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

PAYMENT

yes, just contact us directly with your order and we can hold at the store for 24hrs.

We currently accept all major International credit cards online.

*legally we have to operate our business in Local Currency (IDR)

-and yes the zeroes are a bit scary! but rest assured your purchase is secure and always represented at the best rates via shopify.

*your credit card issuer may provide a different rate, please check as you confirm payment

PayPal currently do not operate with IDR so we cannot link it as a direct payment option.

*if its your preferred way to pay we can send you a paypal invoice

Domestic -yes, you can pay directly through the option under 'DOKU'

International - yes, please contact us directly with your order and we can process.

*Items will be dispatched only once the transfer has been received.
