Yin Yoga & Reiki Experience | Sunday 27th February 2:00-5:00pm

a 3hour Sunday Session carefully curated for you to experience the connection of Yin Yoga and the beautiful energy healing of Reiki.

Relax and receive these powerful modalities around a flower mandala, exploring the essence of receiving and opening to fully recharge your body and energy.

This most loved experience is led by our director Hayley Wenn; you’ll be guided into gentle yin yoga shapes, with support from bolsters to aid your relaxation.  Reiki Healing is a form of deliverance and channeling the universal energy of nature; receiving can be a choice of hands on or completely ‘hands free’.

This special event is open to all levels of experience and agility, requiring just a gentle curiosity and an open heart.
